Our Baby Room
The Baby Room is bright, spacious and tailored to meet the needs of children 0-2 years old. The room offers a range of experiences that support their individual development. The children enjoy daily outdoor play and have opportunities to participate in learning experiences to increase their skills to grow and thrive.
Children in our baby room have the opportunity to develop their literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing skills through meaningful interactions and various types of play such as role play, construction play, physical play and messy/sensory play.
Our Baby Room caters for children from 6 weeks to 2 years old. The room is designed to meet the age and stage requirements of each child and we plan around the childrens individual interests. The ratio in this room is 1:3 and we can have up to 17 babies in this playroom. The babies enjoy local walks to kelvingrove park, the library and they love going to bookbug!
